TERMS OF SERVICE

I. General Terms▸By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to my Terms of Service.
▸Prices may be adjusted based on demand without prior notification.
▸I retain the right to decline any order for any reason.
▸Please be patient, I will complete the commission within the agreed-upon timeframe at my own pace (as I am a student and may be very busy >-<).
▸Keep in mind that my art style evolves, so there might be minor changes in the commissioned piece. Thank you for your support! ^^


II. Payment▸via PayPal or Gcash only
▸Full payment upfront (50% non-refundable commission deposit may be requested before I start).


III. Process and DeliveryFill in the form to send the details and clear references

Draft sketch sent for approval
↓
Draft colors sent for approval
↓
Final artwork is ready!▸I will DM/email you within two weeks if I accept your commission. The request will be canceled if there’s no response within a week. You can always submit a new request if needed.
▸Completion times (minimum of 2 weeks, depending on the commission) will be given upon agreement and may change based on artwork complexity, workload, health, school commitments, etc.
▸Major revisions can only be made during the sketch and base color phase.
▸Revisions after the final drawing will require extra payment.
▸It will be delivered as a .png file with 300 dpi resolution via email or Google Drive.


IV. Copyright and Usage▸I retain the copyright and ownership of the commissioned artwork.
▸Clients receive the artwork for personal purposes.
▸For commercial purposes, the price will be doubled (2x).
▸I can display the artwork/drawing process in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials.Cancellation and Refunds
▸No cancellations/refunds once I start the sketch.
▸In the event of artist cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
